Im Sommerurlaub habe ich zum ersten Mal versucht eine Startrail-Aufnahme zu machen, d.h. nicht eine, sondern 26 á 60s mit einem 7.5mm Weitwinkel-Objektiv, um diese anschließen zu Sternenspuren übereinander zu legen (stacken). Da meine Kamera einen Fleck auf dem Sensor, ein hohes Rauschen und das Objektiv eine ausgeprägte Vignette hat, habe ich noch ein paar dark, bias und flat Aufnahmen analog zum Stacken von Astrofotos mit Siril gemacht. Diese habe ich dann in einem ersten Versuch mühsamer Handarbeit in Gimp miteinader kombiniert und mit dem Modus “Aufhellen” übereinander gelegt. Da dachte ich mir, dass muss aber einfacher gehen, wenn ich das nochmal machen will!

Nach dem Kauf des Teleskops und den ersten Beobachtungen von Jupiter, Saturn und Mond wurde mir schnell klar, dass ich nicht nur gucken will, sondern auch Fotos machen möchte, da z.B. bei den Plejaden und dem Orion-Nebel aus der Stadt heraus nicht viel zu erkennen war. Dabei gibt es viele Wege zu einem akzeptablen Bild mit einer steilen Lernkurve am Anfang und es muss ja nicht gleich ein ‘Image of the day’ auf Astrobin.

At that morning I was not able to take too many picture, there was a plane crossing on two images and then clouds came up, that’s why I have more darks than lights.

Finding my way through all parameters
Which child, in some point of its life, did not want to take a closer look at the planets, stars, galaxies, … in the sky?! At least I did and finally, after taking some pictures of the full moon lately with a telephoto lens I remembered those wishes and bought myself a telescope. Nevertheless, I do not only want to look at the sky but also take beautiful photos, now. So I started my search for a beginner-telescope with the ability to attach my digital mirror less camera (DSLM). Although a telescope is defined by its construction and two numbers and the two numbers of the eyepiece, it took a while to understand all the relevant parameters that could be calculated from those four numbers. So here I write about my way, how I found one.
